Our rental analysis reports are thorough and realistic, giving you a reliable indicator of potential income. And as a full-service real estate office we can represent you as the buyer or seller, partnering with you from the beginning to the end of each real estate investment.
Full Service Rental Management
We give you back your time by handling the many day-to-day tasks related to renting your property.
Procure and screen potential tenants to protect your investment.
Handle all aspects of leasing, including contracts and making sure deposits have been secured.
Per Nevada law, Secuity Deposits are collected and deposited into a separate bank account.
Inspect properties before, during and after tenancy.
Arrange for cleanings, repairs and maintenance using trusted local vendors.
Handle the accounting, including paying vendors out of the rental proceeds when we have arranged for maintenance or repairs (we do not pay your HOA dues, taxes or any utilities that you keep in your name). Your rental income will be deposited directly into your bank account, and you’ll receive a monthly statement and a 1099 at the end of the year.
